  1. Add parameter sets STD128_3 and STD128_4 (only quantum parameters are available now).
  2. Try to improve the parameters for STD128_LMKCDEY and STD128.
  3. Remove unnecessary parameter sets.
  4. Print out WITH_NOISE_DEBUG
