api 使用方式感觉耦合度高，可否改善下？ #37

可否设计为无侵入的使用方式，在程序启动的时候初始化， 使用的时候只需要调用公共的转换方法。 传入数值就好。不必每个页面都要去写一遍？

初始化只要一次就够了
