Raised out of #56

openfn repo pwd isn't very clear.

Instead, let's just do:

openfn repo - print out diagnostic information (including the repo working dir)

Also, this needs to report defaultRepoPath if the env var isn't set, so it never returns undefined.

While I'm at it, I think running openfn should print a welcome message - like version info and where to find the help command.
