Some products (mostly French for the moment) have a city associated with the packager code which is not currently displayed.

Eg: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/api/v0/product/3560070888115.json?fields=cities_tags

Their proper accentuated name is located at https://world.openfoodfacts.org/cities.json
For performance reasons, the whole file needs to be downloaded once.
