Preferred unit for volume

"Language & Location" section

Country

"Scan" section
Scan on startup
Shake to scan
Delete the Powermode scan settings (it has been deprecated)

Shall we add a "Preferred unit for mass".
A section is just as "General" in the preferences ( a red title :) ) ?
