Update 'Bulk Coop Supplier Report'

Description

Update the columns, add new hidden columns and tweak some of the data.

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

1. Change the name of the report to 'Bulk Coop Producer Totals'
2. The report should have the following columns in the following order:

Producer - visible by default (v)
ProducerID - hidden by default (h) New this is the enterprise database ID
Product - v
Bulk Unit Size - v
Variant - v
Variant Value - h
Variant Unit - h
Weight - h
Volume - h New - this will be the volume in L for any variant measured in mL, L etc
Sum Total - v
Units Required - v
Unallocated - v
Max Quantity Excess - v

3. Add units to the Bulk Unit Size and Sum Total columns eg 300 -> 300g
4. The 'Units Required' 'Unallocated' and 'Max Quantity Excess' columns should have data in the line item rows, currently only the totals rows are filled.
5. Remove the totals row from this report. In most use cases it is useless (as @audez suggests). This is a good chance to confirm is anyone is using it Also remove the 'Summary Row' from the Display section of the Rendering Options.
6. All fields should be translated
7. All fields should be available on the API
8. Unit tests should cover changes/additions
9. These reports should be created as new reports such that we can start the roll out process of sunsetting the old and introducing the new. See UI for Bulk Buying Group Reports updates #407 for more context.
