Testsuite hangs on OSX M2 #92

I recently re-tested this on a fresh environment so will go ahead and bring this up.

The test-suite is hanging on my M2 Mac. I'm 90% sure its to do with moto/S3 since it started when we added moto usage in #56

let me know if any else can replicate this and/or has any suggestions.
