✨(frontend) Teacher dashboard: Page course download contract

Feature Request

This issus is similar to the "Page course signatures" issus
The difference is that this page will display a download button instead of a sign button.

• Add "contract" entry onTeacherCourseDashboardSidebar
  This entry is visible for users with organization's abilitiy "can_sign_contract"

• Create MSW endpoint to list contract (see backend issus)

• Create page "contract" based on this sketch preview
  This page use a cunningham DataList to display all contract that an organization have sign.

  Do not display contract that need to be sign by the organization.

  • Each row must display:
    • Learner name
    • Product title
    • Button download (see "endpoint download" issus)
