Collection: "contentExtent" property

The 3D Container property "contentExtent" is unclear. The "extent" property already specifies the extent of the Collection content, so "contentExtent" is either redundant or inappropriately named. Probably it should be called "boundingVolume"?

For a region, this duplicates information in the "extent" property. I guess the idea is convenience to have all the bounding volume options in one place?

Outcome of discussion at session in 127th members meeting in Singapore:

contentExtent is redunant with the collection extent and the information already contained in the root node.
We agreed to remove it.
