Expected Behavior

Install a new shelly device and it should automatically appear in the Inbox or appear when manually searching for new things for the shelly binding.

Current Behavior

New shelly devices do not show up in the Inbox, neither automatically nor when manually searching for shelly things.
Adding a Shelly thing manually in PaperUI with the device ID works and the manual added thing shows up as ONLINE.

Possible Solution

It worked in OH 2.5.4 it seems now broken in OH 2.5.5

Steps to Reproduce (for Bugs)

  1. Install new shelly device
  2. see if it shows up in the INBOX or if you can find it in Paper UI
  3. You cannot

Context

I just installed 2 new "Shelly 1" with Firmware 1.6.2 and they cannot be found in OH.
When I was running 2.5.4 I installed a "Shelly 2.5" and it was found instantly

Your Environment

  • Version used: 2.5.5
  • Operating System and version: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS

I cannot reproduce it anymore, it seems to work now as I installed a new Shelly yesterday and it was found. Although it showed up in the Inbox only 3-4 hours later
