Add Debug Y/N? to Openhd App

Now that Debug is needed for Ethernet ssh on air side, it makes sense to add this function to the app so no SD card editing is needed...

(Perhaps a little button on top of app or something)

This is a good idea... however I would prefer if we could somehow revert this to the way it was meant to be, i.e. make the ethernet NIC available also without the DEBUG setting. I think this would be the cleaner solution. Any objections?
