Types of Clinical Event

• Patient has diagnosis Y
• Patient has test Z ordered
• Result of test Z is X (where simply ordering test Z may not trigger the event)
• Patient has demographic features A&B&C
• Patient is prescribed Q drug (where said drug is expensive, or on a restricted list etc)
• Non-event detection (e.g No-one has edited this person for 2 weeks - are we sure they should really be on this list)
• Patient is prescribed drug Q despite having allergy which should stop this prescription
