The report lists all insurees whose photos have been sent to openIMIS but who has no record in openIMIS yet. The report can be run by users with the system role Accountant or with a role including an access to Tools/Reports/Pending Insurees. (:ref:`Image 240<image240>`)

- Region – the region of health facilities for which should be included
- District – the district of health facilities for which should be included
