better access to reviewer stats needed

The dashboard now has a function where an editor can put in a reviewer's github username and get some info about that reviewer's current and previous work for JOSS. I would like this to accept a comma or space separated list and to return stats on all in that list.

I almost want to suggest a process for inviting reviewers that includes something like:

@whedon check username as reviewer (note not tagging the potential reviewer yet)
which would return the reviewers history
followed by
@whedon invite @username as reviewer
which would include @whedon proving some text in the next comment

@username - Would you be willing to review this submission for JOSS, which uses a checklist ...

and would also email the reviewer

But I'm not confident about this
