In current Chrome (Chromium 16.0.912.63 (Developer Build 0 Linux)) I get a warning when I click on a map:

event.layerX and event.layerY are broken and deprecated in WebKit. They will be removed from the engine in the near future.

No need to worry. This warning will go away when WebKit does not
populate event objects with layerX and layerY any more. In other
words: as soon as they remove it from the engine, you won't see the
warning again.
