External graphic title duplicated as long as the layer is redrawn if vector layer has style with 'graphicTitle'. See 'setStyle()' function in https://github.com/openlayers/openlayers/blob/dc991e6f85305d239b14fb592d34a074fd7af946/lib/OpenLayers/Renderer/SVG.js
