SVG ol.style.Icon does not working in IOS 12 #13801

Describe the bug

iOS 12 fails to render SVGs when added as icons.

iOS 15.5	iOS 12.5.5

All icons shown	Note missing square in italy etc.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

In iOS 12, go to https://openlayers.org/en/latest/examples/icon-color.html

There have been a few reports of this exact issue over the years e.g. #9628 but they were closed by #9658 which states it fixes it.
