controls are hidden or half/hidden in fullscreen mode ? #15506

Describe the bug
Since v8 ? tested with 8.2

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '(https://openlayers.org/en/latest/examples/full-screen.html)'
(it is just for example ...my site is affected too)
Look for the zoom control
4.Look at the attribution

tested on safari and FF ...

Expected behavior
As before controls must be at their good place ...

in the ol.css the .ol-zoom is top 0.5em and left 0.5em but it seems now not enough in fullscreen ? and so why not use a "non proportional" units ?
