404s in api doc on e.g. GMLOptions

On some of the links, such as:

http://ol3js.org/en/master/apidoc/ol.parser.html#GMLOptions

which is referenced here:

http://ol3js.org/en/master/apidoc/ol.parser.ogc.GML_v2.html

I get a 404.

This usually happens when there is no file generated for the namespace that the object literal is defined is. The cure in the above case would be to add a parser.jsdoc file in the ol directory and define @namespace ol.parser there.
