Change OLT wiki to refer to changed feature name

Once 24.1 goes out (and not before) the OLT wiki should refer to the changed feature name from #496

Line 35: 5. In the list of available software, expand the parent nodes and select the WebSphere Application Server Liberty Tools feature and any other feature that are needed. When you are finished, click Confirm.

Note: There are no other features to select so that text also needs changing.
