Test connecting to a PyGrid server implement any additional functions to make this possible.

#54 adds the integration of signalling and webrtc client but I'm waiting for OpenMined/PyGrid-deprecated---see-PySyft-#445 to flesh out the new WebRTC flow in PyGrid since it's still using the old get-protocol flow.
