List Providers/Third Parties on main MDS page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There is a new section called "Providers Using MDS" which is part of 1.0.0 per PR #546 which links to the providers.csv file. This shows a table of providers that are registered and provides some links to their main websites and any MDS and GBFS links.

How can we fairly and consistently expand this section to include more information about providers, and possibly add a new section about third party companies? It could include information like:

• Direct link to a page that mentions MDS or how MDS is used
• What versions of MDS they support
• Which MDS endpoints (Agency, Provider, Policy) they support

A benefit to companies is promotion on the main MDS page with direct links to their website. But as this should be opt-in, how to we ensure we reach out to all the relevant companies and provide a fair way to list the information?

Additional context

Note that the best place for this may not be the main MDS readme page directly because this page is only infrequently updated with each MDS release. We may want to link over to another page outside of the repo (MDS Wiki, governance repo, website) since I imagine we'd want more frequent updates and additions to this list and its links/info.

Added a section on the MDS home page with this commit that has a short summary then links to the OMF website.
