Create a protocol document to address code of conduct violations. To be done at a later date. Probably needs a working group.

Add code of conduct in MD format to ../content/en/about/ for the 2023 Members Council meeting. This is where the values statement is now. Needs to be done the week before the meeting (scheduled for 8-9 March 2023).

By that do you just mean move/copy the CoC from about/values/ to the top-level about/?

the CoC is not yet there. I can put it wherever. But it will need to be available for members to review this week. I almost have the *.md version ready. Just need to know where to put it in the PR. I thought in the same folder as the values statement *.md. But we could put it elsewhere. Just need to tell people where.

I'll go ahead and make the PR. We need to put it somewhere now, even if we move it later.
