Users understand how it makes sense to not update the JSON based on failed job callbacks or POSTs to TiesDB; however, users would like the status of those behaviors to be reported in another way. Specifically:

  1. Add additional fields to the output from the [GET] /rest/jobs/{id} job status endpoint to represent if those succeeded / failed (thinking more, "not performed" is another condition).

  2. Represent the status on the Job Status page.

This requires adding new fields to the persistent DB.
