Add support for ActiveMQ profiles

Allow the openmpf_active_mq image to be created with one or more configuration profiles. A profile may consist of:

• activemq.xml
• wrapper.conf
• A setting for ACTIVEMQ_OPTS_MEMORY

The user should be able to select a profile by setting a Docker env. variable. (For example, here are some mySQL Docker env. variables.) Something like PROFILE=base, PROFILE=test, and PROFILE=production.

For now, just start out with a “base” profile.
