It would be great to have have events as a searchable signal

Proposed solution

• create an interface which can consume CloudEvents (https://cloudevents.io/) JSON specification
• https://github.com/cloudevents/spec/blob/v1.0.2/cloudevents/formats/json-format.md
• create indexes on CloudEvents fields
• create a timeline interface with color coding depending on event type and ability to exclude events (filter) from the GUI

Use logs interface to forward cloudevents in a JSON format
