I am trying to compile phd guiding code on TURBO c , will it work ? its giving 
compile time error.

Why would you want to do that?
This code is for openphd only.  It requires cmake, and should build with MSVC 
and G++

I want to use your software for my windows based system , not completely but 
auto guiding functionality I want to facilitate in my another software that's 
why i need it....Not I dont want to use it in turbo c ..but do you think will 
it work for windows system ?

there are instructions for building with visual-c.  If your 'other software' is 
not open-source, then do not expect any further help from me in incorporating 
it though.  While Craig chse a very permissive license, I am under no 
obligation to do support for non open-source projects.
