In PHD2, the "Brain dialog" is created dynamically, and when I did that it 
seemed enough better than the PHD1 box that I moved on. An alpha tester pointed 
out that having tabs might be better yet, and after hearing the suggestion I 
agree.

There should probably be 1 tab for what is now a section.

Here is some screenshot of the new brain dialog with tabs. The AO tab appear 
only when AO is connected.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.

I added a couple more tabs, and changed the AO tab to be visible all the time 
(I was afraid it would confuse people appearing and disappearing) See svn 
commit 309
