According to PieterC, some stops are solely included to measure delays (e.g. Brussel-Kappellekerk): all trains that pass there, have a 'stop' there, but do not pickup or drop anyone.

This means that:

  • The route planner should take this into account when transfering
  • The frontend should not count these
