mocha-phantomjs test hangs in ambari-web #1

The test hangs on the 'npm test' command in the ambari-web project. Below is the console output:

    [INFO] --- exec-maven-plugin:1.2.1:exec (ambari-web unit tests) @ ambari-web ---

    > Ambari@2.1.3 test /ws/HDP-ambari/ambari-web
    > mocha-phantomjs -R min public/test/test.html

The issue seems to be related to phantomjs for Power.
