JPH spec (D.6.2):

In contrast to the JP2 file format, multiple channels can be associated with the same colour.

JP2 spec (I.5.3.6):

There shall be one channel definition in this box for every colour required by the colourspace specification
of this file as specified by the Colourspace Specification box.

Jpylyzer doesn't currrently test for this, this could be added (but only for JP2, not JPH!).
