Hi, I'm using the original version 1.0 of this software.
I recently received an email from the service provider saying my "webserver IP was blocked due to an unusually high amount of connections being created from my client IP. Please could you check client(s) to ensure there is only one connection per feed and that the connection is persistent (ie not regularly disconnecting and reconnecting during normal operations)."
This may or may not be related to use of this software, I'm not sure, as I have connected occasionally simultaneously using another entirely separate application for diagnostic purposes from the same IP which got blocked.
I'm reluctant to upgrade to latest version of this software given the change of Java version which would necessitate a wider upgrade and may introduce new issues but am wondering if doing so might limit the connections some how or make it more persistent as per the request by the service provider? Would the upgrade provide any other advantages?
Thanks
