Overview
Document the widget to aid developers in understanding how to best implement the Market Fill with ETH (Maker Price variant) widget.

Specifications
Please include, at a minimum:

Description and examples of how the widget should be implemented.
Descriptions and examples of how to use optionals.
Descriptions of examples of any edge-case implementation details of which you are aware, if any exist.
Include anything else that you think will assist developers in implementing the widget effectively.
