Issue description

When trying to connect to some live sessions through the Assist feature, the session(s) loads indefinitely. There are no errors shown in the console or in the networks tab.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to Assist tab
  2. Try to connect to sessions until you find one that loads indefinitely

What's the expected result?

  • You connect to the live session

What's the actual result?

  • The session attempts to load but hangs forever

Additional details

A live session may work when accessed by one computer but not by another and vice versa. There seems to be no pattern behind what causes a live session to be successfully connected to or not. Some work for some computers others work for other computers.

Experiencing the same issue, 80% of the time loader spins indefinitely when connecting:

However, I had a couple of successful connections via assist, so I doubt it's an issue of my openreplay setup.
Here are the websocket messages, when the loader is spinning:

We have debugged this, so far the primary suspect seems VPN

I'm also seeing the same issue with loading indefinitely on Live Assist. I've got 2 profiles, one for our TEST environment and one for PROD. The TEST environment seems good but PROD Live Assist doesn't work at all. Is there a connection limit or thread limit that could be contributing to the cause? We don't get a ton of traffic on our TEST environment.

Same here, we are using a reverse proxy for our openreplay instance, and we can't get this to work. It just spams the console on the client.
