ubuntu/focal APT repo has bad signature #710

https://openresty.org/package/ubuntu/dists/focal/Release.gpg is currently an invalid signature for https://openresty.org/package/ubuntu/dists/focal/Release. It looks like Release was updated, but Release.gpg wasn't. If I recall correctly, this has happened at least once before.

This is resulting in the following error on apt update:

Err:10 https://openresty.org/package/ubuntu focal InRelease
  The following signatures were invalid: BADSIG 97DB7443D5EDEB74 OpenResty Admin <admin@openresty.com>

This issue has been observed by other people as well: https://groups.google.com/g/openresty-en/c/_BC_-El_SgI
