Osteoarthritis codelist update

@speed-vm @chrisjwood16 I decided to update the osteoarthritis codelist (it was very old - 2020). Here is my new version: https://www.opencodelists.org/codelist/opensafely/osteoarthritis/0e3cac95/.

I have added the codes listed below, can you check? Thank you! (Btw, if there is a better place to create an issue for this, let me know)
