In line 1547 from ds_cmds, the MID should be added to the hash. The current OSK DS version has a bug where it's possible to add the same MID in running time.

Thanks for bringing this up. I just tried updating to DS 2.5.2 and ran into some issues. Looks like some command definitions changed. Unfortunately cFS app packaging is not standardized so there's no automated mechanisms forupdating and verifying apps. My goal is do a quick release with mostly cFS community app updates however another challenge is that OSK is on CFE 6.71 and some of the apps may be updated to a newer version of cFE that may have API changes.
