Related to my STL import bug #2507, it would be cool if OpenSCAD showed errors visually.

I mean, if there is an offending vertex highlight it visually with some color (make a red hull around it or something).
At this moment I cant't know what part of the mesh is causing the issue and i'm stuck.

Does it make sense what I'm asking? Is it possible?
