Have a way to customize the toolbars, even if it's an editable config file #5033

Please close this issue if it's documented somewhere, but I could not find it. I searched Preferences, the wikibook, this Github repo, I looked in ~/.local/shared/OpenSCAD, I looked in ~/.config/OpenSCAD.config, and didn't see a way to customize the toolbars.

I just installed one of the daily builds to use instead of the last stable release that I've been using for years. The display resolution of this Linux laptop is low, and the 3D view toolbar is too wide to fit in the preview window unless I shrink the editor window down to the point where it isn't useful. I find the new icons much harder to comprehend too; they aren't simple understandable images in clear black and white.

I'd like to get rid of the redundant icons that already appear above the editor window, but I couldn't figure out how. If possible, I'd like to revert them to the older, simpler-looking, more readable style.

At a minimum, a list of toolbar icons could be managed in a configuration file in plain text.
