Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a key user of OpenSCD
I would like to build custom OpenSCD distributions
So my user get only plug-ins that I want them to see/use.

Describe the solution you'd like
Solution idea: A website or script that can help you to select the plug-in you want to add your distribution.

Example:
https://start.spring.io/

Requirements
Load internal and 3th party plug-ins.

Suggestions for a specific user interaction
Easy wizard

Additional information
The selection of plug-ins JSON;
