The issue, pull-request and repository label generators use the OpenAPI spec for Jira Cloud Platform REST API v3 to dynamically create all GitHub labels.

It is required to add atlassian_jira_issue_field_configuration_scheme_project_association to all label generators in order to provide a separate resource that can be used to associate an issue field configuration scheme with a project.
