Version 4.1.0 breaks IIIF TileSource somehow

Works fine with 4.0.0, but does not work with 4.1.0.

Looks like the problem you're having is the same one described here: #2427, which was fixed by #2416

@swamidass If you want that fix sooner than later, you can do a build off of master. It'll probably be a while before we do another release, as we have big things in the works.
