Set guardrails on some of the advanced settings values

Today there are settings such as Maximum bars, Maximum buckets, Maximum table cell height, where there are no safeguards for the values in those settings.

For each setting there is probably a lower reasonable limit. For several other fields there are likely limits that make sense.

This is a proposal to establish limits, and potentially introduce a better UI experience when these fields have invalid values.
