[BUG] Unable to create remote Opensearch Data Source

Describe the bug

In Opensearch Dashboards 2.10.0, it was possible to add a remote Opensearch cluster as a Data Source. However, in 2.13.0, the only options are to create a Prometheus and an Amazon S3 data source.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Data Sources app
2. Click on New Data Source
3. The only options are to create a Prometheus and an Amazon S3 data source

Expected behavior
There should be an option to create an Opensearch data source.

2.13.0

Ah, feel free to close. I just realised that the "Create data source connection" page is still available at:

Management > Data sources > Create data source connection

Though it's not clear to me what the difference is between this and the "New Data Source" page in the Data Sources app.

Yeah, I believe there is work to consolidate the two.

@mengweieric @kgcreative seems like what we expected happened. The two different data sources from the root level and the nested level in Management for multi data sources is becoming confusing.
