Discuss implementing trigger clearing logic when changing from query-level <-> bucket-level monitors

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, when changing from a query-level to a bucket-level monitor, or vise versa, trigger definitions are not cleared. ClusterMetrics monitors introduces logic here that displays a model, when changing the request type, that gives users the option to clear triggers.

Introducing a similar modal when changing monitor type could be valuable. The modal could have options to clear triggers, keep triggers, or cancel the type change all together.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative would be to clear the form automatically when changing request types as trigger conditions may not be supported by all monitor types.
