MDS Picker should be in read-only mode in create-rollup & create-transform pages from second page

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable MDS
2. Click on create-transform/create-rollup page
3. The second page and the subsequent pages in the create flow should have MDS picker in read-only mode.

What is the expected behavior?
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

What is your host/environment?

• OS: MacOS, chrome
• Version: Chrome 124
• Plugins: ISM plugin

@RamakrishnaChilaka Earlier the rollup and transform pages starting from the second page were in read-only mode. Only after interface change gone in
#1036
This bug came up. I'll try to fix it today
