Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, there's no automated mechanism to fetch data from the nightly runs. For example, if users want to get an aggregation of four nights worth of data for OS 2.13 on http_logs, users will need to extract data manually from the nightly runs dashboard, which can be tedious.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a set of scripts that can be used to automatically draw N days worth of data for a specific distribution, workload, and test configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered
