[BUG] FT workflow always pending until timeout

What is the bug?

Base this PR workflow tests results, there are many workflow always pending until timeout.

How can one reproduce the bug?

Run related workflow

What is the expected behavior?

The workflow should not pending, it should display the final test results.

Do you have any additional context?

Currently, we can add env variable CYPRESS_NO_COMMAND_LOG=1 to fix these workflows. But it's not the root cause. We need to deep dive to the pending cases. Find the root cause.
