[BUG] Investigate composite monitor tests in alerting

What is the bug?

Integ tests for composite monitors in alerting plugin are failing occasionally and should be made more robust. Currently they are marked as excluded in 2.10

How can one reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

Tests should pass in all the runs
