Maistra ClusterServiceVersion and Installation CR out of sync on version

The version in the Installation CR gets ignored as far as I can tell. But, if we have it there, it should either get used or at least be the same. Is this actually installing Maistra 0.5.0? Or is it installing Maistra 0.2.0 but using Maistra 0.5.0's operator?

And, while we're at it, we should ensure the Kiali version listed in the Installation gets bumped to something more recent - assuming that version is respected as well.

It's my understanding that the 0.5.0 operator somehow tells ansible to install the 0.2.0 version of istio. What is it that makes you think that's not happening?

We talked about this in Slack, and I understand it now. We should bump to a newer Maistra soonish.
